Biography: Born under rare London sun on November 5, 1979, I failed to meet the Queen, and so left for the cradle of all things civilized, Paris. Gained affinity for flaky croissants and garlicky escargot. Learned to ski in the French Alps, earning various snowflake-shaped pins. Moved to Evergreen, Colorado at age six, as my interest in long addition began to crest. Colorful Colorado kept me around for college, at CU-Boulder. Following the receipt of my B.A., for two years in Vail, I honed my winter skills before migrating westward. Seeking steep, rock-riddled terrain, I counterbalanced a current of California transplants to the Rockies, and settled in Truckee, California in 2003. For three years now, I have coached Squaw Freestyle Team, worked at Dragonfly, and charged on my own, but have my parents and others to thank. Never did meet the Queen, though.
